IT’S SO simple and sweet
Because this is real romance. In a wild wood, by a ruined chapel - outside of the ordinary and away from a busy world.

a leafy afternoon
We’re all about natural beauty, here. Nothing artificial or over-blown. Just an ancient Celtic backdrop. Think of a simple ceremony by a ruin in a stunning woodland with your closest friends and family, and the run of our wild estate afterwards.
the ruined chapel
Wander along the riverbank through bird-song, to a secret ceremony at the Ruined Chapel, under the cathedral cover of the trees. Rain is rarely a bother, the forest provides cover from all but the heaviest of showers. Legal and symbolic ceremonies are both possible.
forest, fields and flowers
For your photographs, we give you the freedom of this natural reserve and its meadows full of wildflowers, babbling river, towering trees. For an extra fee you can even make the manor your backdrop.
epic Photography
It’s a photographer’s dream here. We give you pretty-well free run around our rambling, re-wilding estate land: vintage ruins, a rippled river , wildflower fields, stone bridges, overgrown gardens. Just bring your own expert and you’re sorted.
meet our celebrant
Áine Mckenna can not only help you pull the day together but also solemnise the service. An award-winning Interfaith Celebrant and registered HSE Solemniser, she has the freedom to perform legal or symbolic ceremonies for people of all faiths or inclinations, Chat to her.
